E-commerce: The Digital Ad Leader in 2020! - 2020/12
According to 2020 Gemius Adreal Digital Ad Investment Report, e-commerce accounts for 40% of all digital impressions. Not only a 56% increase from the previous year, but also 6.5 times more than the finance and 9.5 times more than the automotive category.

Our media consumption increases almost every day, while some of the consumption moves away from PC towards mobile. According to Gemius, in between January-November our digital media consumption increased by 22%, while our mobile consumption almost tripled. A deep-dive into the mobile data, indicates a 72% increase in video, a 202% increase in social media and a 143% increase in e-commerce consumption. In total, these categories are 2.5 times larger than the previous year.
